The Business consists of 3 Operating Divisions – Agriculture, Processing and Sales and Marketing and your Finance oversight will encompass all 3. Therefore the successful Candidate is expected to understand and add value to the Operational, Planning and Commercial aspects of a Business like this, because of their long-term exposure and love for the Industry. This role is NOT for a Group F.D but for a hands-on Commercial F.D who is as happy on the Factory Floor as he is around the Boardroom Table, implementing strategy as part of a highly effective 5-person Exec Team.
