This multinational, Award Winning, Market Leader in Luxury Leisure and Travel requires an exceptional, high energy and focused FM to manage the Financial Function of 14 Boutique Lodges in Sabi Sands, Thornybush, Marakele, Victoria Falls and Cape Town. This Financial Manager will be based in JHB, but will travel to the beautiful destinations about 3 days a month, ensuring all Procedures and Policies are adhered to and understood. You will manage a Team of 6 willing Accountants, who will need mentoring in order to produce quality Balance Sheets for your review!

Your focus will be on Operational Finance where you ensure the financial well-being of each Lodge by putting in effective controls and providing detailed month-end reporting that is accurate, timeous and strategic. You will be the right-hand to an involved, experienced and inclusive MD who respects your position and all that it provides to the Business. You will need to have hands-on FM experience within the Hotel Industry and be passionate about the Lodges in your care. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity for a well-presented, “top draw” FM who will represent this Luxury Brand in the manner it deserves.

BCom / Hons / CA (SA) and SAICA Articles plus at least 5 years’ experience in the Hospitality Industry – Hotels/Lodges Finance Ops experience is ABSOLUTELY ESSENTIAL.
