This Team is the engine of Finance and Operations, so skill in understanding how to create seamless workflows using all Team Members is key. Your role will include ensuring a high quality of work through effective mentoring and managing, constant review of the effectiveness of policies and procedures and timeous, sound IFRS Reporting that offers strategic value and input. It is a position that will include technical, operational and management skill, large Group exposure and lots of Stakeholder involvement.
