Your Team is the engine of Finance and Operations, so skill in understanding of how to create a seamless workflow using all Team Members is key. You will also need to be highly proficient in MS Dynamics NAV or MS Dynamics 360 as this role needs someone who can hit the road running. Your role will include ensuring a high quality of work through constant mentoring, constant review of the effectiveness of policies and procedures and timeous, sound IFRS Reporting that offers strategic value and input. Your exposure must include technical, operational and management skill, large Group exposure and lots of Stakeholder involvement.
