Successful Security Company that services the Farming and Agricultural Community in the Magaliesburg area, requires a “hands-on”, organised and very efficient Manager who speaks and writes Afrikaans fluently. You will need at least 5 years’ experience in a SECURITY AND GUARDING COMPANY where you manage 250 guards, control 24-hour rosters, manage timesheets, control all uniform and PPE stock, manage all HR Functions, manage all vehicles (service, Petrocards etc.), manage PSIRA training and qualifications plus complete a variety of ad-hoc duties and projects as they arise. This role is also client facing, so dealing with their queries and concerns daily is key. This role requires the correct exposure as the position is pivotal. Matric plus Diploma plus at least 5 years’ experience as a MANAGER in a SECURITY / GUARDING COMPANY ESSENTIAL! MUST BE FLUENT IN AFRIKAANS. OWN CAR ESSENTIAL.
