Top Facilities and Project Management Group in South Africa who has been voted Employer of Choice; requires an experienced, “hands-on” and analytical CA (SA) to head up their Commercial Finance Team. This role requires exceptional knowledge of Contract and Project Management where at least 50 large Corporate Facilities Contracts are being managed in three Divisions, monthly – Joint Venture Contracts, Project Management Contracts and Facility Management Contracts. Your Team consists of high functioning, capable and experienced Site Accountants and Financial Analysts. Interactions with Operations on Sites is a daily occurrence, in order to maintain governance and adherence to Policies and Procedures and Client interaction is done regularly. Your monthly financial reporting function includes contract revenue, margins, variances, expenditure, budgets, forecasts trend analysis amongst others and these will form a critical part of the strategic direction of each multimillion Rand project and the Business as a whole. You will also have to be comfortable presenting to Senior Exec as required, so experience in this area is vital too.
