Charles Burn is co-founder of Wexford and a Chartered Accountant. He has over 35 years of accounting experience, working in diverse roles. This includes working as a Group Accountant in a Blue-Chip Multinational, a Partner in his own Auditing Firm and as a Financial Director in a Company that he had the pleasure of listing with a team of executives. Through his experience in various sectors, he has gained valuable insight into the accounting environment and needs of different-sized organisations. For the past 20 years, he has dedicated his time to building the Wexford business, which has grown from strength-to-strength based on its success in meeting client needs.

Janet Burn is a co-founder of Wexford and has 25 years’ experience as both an External Corporate Recruiter and Team Manager. Her innate ability to read people accounts for her success as a Specialist Recruiter as she can instantly identify a candidate’s strengths and determine the type of environment most suited to them. Janet spends time ensuring on going, up to date training is offered to the wider Team which improves their effectiveness in placing candidates.
