You will do the Full Bookkeeping Function for Two Petrol Stations that have a Quick Shop and Deli in each. You will need to understand the Full Operational Process of running Businesses like this, from opening the tills in the morning until cash-up, in a Retail, Restaurant or Petrol Station Environment. You will be juggling multiple tasks daily in order to ensure all Bookkeeping and Administration Processes work, and all Risks are averted. Your energy level must be high, as a lot of tasks revolve around you. This is a position for a Senior Bookkeeper from an SME, whose job is never “Just Bookkeeping” and who thrives knowing that they are crucial to any Company they join.
