The Role includes High-Volume Consignment Stock Recons, Journals, Payments, Consumption Reports, Pricing Reports, and regular Supplier Interaction sorting out all queries quickly and efficiently. Your duties will also include 70 Credit Card and Fuel Card Recons and Payments, 50 Branch Rental Payments, Petty Cash Recons and Payments, Control Recons and Reporting. Forex Conversions, Recon Completion Dashboards and Internal and External Audit Assistance amongst others.
Your understanding of Procurement, Stock and Consignment Stock is critical. Your Excel Skills must be high to produce Detailed Reports at month-end, and your Accounting Knowledge has to be excellent.
