Leading, highly profitable Importer and Distributor of Auto Parts is looking for an Experienced, Bright and Dynamic Credit Manager to join their High-Functioning Finance Team. About the Role:

You will oversee and mentor a dedicated Team of 4 hardworking Credit Controllers, playing a vital role in managing the Companies’ Credit Risk, and ensuring strong Cashflow Management. This role is perfect for someone who leads with discipline, fairness, and a collaborative spirit. You will need to understand Revenue and Profitability Growth, in order to provide in-depth Reports at month-end.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead and manage the daily operations of the Credit Control Team
  • Maintain and enforce Credit Policies and Procedures
  • Evaluate Customers’ Credit Worthiness and set appropriate Credit Limits
  • Monitor and follow up on overdue accounts
  • Manage all Key Accounts
  • Partner with Sales and Distribution to resolve all Credit and Billing Issues
  • Ensure compliance with Company Policies and Financial Regulations

Requirements:

  • BCom or Credit Management I to IV Diplomas
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Credit Manager, preferably in Distribution or FMCG Environment
  • Proven Leadership and People Management Skills
  • Strong Analytical, Negotiation and Problem-Solving abilities
  • High levels of honesty, integrity, and professionalism
  • Proficiency in ERP Systems and MS Excel
