The Role: Head of Finance:

You will own the Full Finance Function and lead a Multi-Disciplinary Team which includes:

• Finance Managers
• Management and Financial Accountants
• Accounts Receivable Team
• Accounts Payable Team
• Payroll Team
• Branch Managers

You will work closely with a Bright, Quick-Thinking, Strategic CFO and a Dynamic CEO, who will expect you to bring Operational Rigour, Commercial Insight, and Hands-on Leadership to the table.

This is a role for a “Doer” – someone who leads from the front, drives high standards, and ensures the numbers are right, on time, every time!

What you must bring:

• CA (SA)
• SOLID CFO or Head of Finance experience

• Proven experience in a Distribution, Imports, FMCG, or Automotive Parts Environment
• A strong Operational grasp, comfortable working on the ground, in the detail
• Exceptional Management and Leadership capability
• High accountability and delivery focus
• Ability to thrive in a non-corporate, fast-changing, Entrepreneurial Environment
• Zero tolerance for inefficiency, excuses, or missed deadlines
• A solution-driven mindset and the ability to operate at a fast-pace
