The Role: Head of Finance:

You will own the Full Finance Function and lead a Multi-Disciplinary Team of 30 Staff Members which includes:

• Finance Managers
• Financial Controllers
• Branch Accountants
• Finance Shared Services Team
• IT and Data Analytics Team

You will be part of a Quick-Thinking, Strategic Executive Team, who will expect you to bring Operational Rigour, Commercial Insight, and Hands-on Leadership to the table.

This is a role for a “Doer” – someone who leads from the front, drives high standards, and ensures the numbers lead to decisive, well thought out deliverables which add to the Business growth and profitability.

What you must bring:

• CA (SA)
• SOLID CFO or Head of Finance experience
• Proven experience in a Distribution, Imports, FMCG, or Automotive Parts Environment
• A strong Operational grasp, comfortable being “hands on”
• Exceptional Management and Leadership capability
• High accountability and delivery focus
• Ability to thrive in a non-corporate, fast-changing, Entrepreneurial Environment
• Zero tolerance for inefficiency, excuses, or missed deadlines
• A solution-driven mindset and the ability to operate at a fast-pace
