Our Client is a Beef Processing Plant that supplies Hamburger Patties to McDonalds. It requires a compliance driven HR Manager who must have solid experience with SQMS Audits, Global Food Safety Initiatives and Good Manufacturing Practices. This ensures that the workforce of 90 Staff Members follow strict Hygiene and Food Safety Regulations, as Suppliers must meet or exceed McDonald’s rigorous Global Safety Standards. You will also manage Health and Safety Protocols to ensure compliance with Occupational Health Regulations, which is critical in a High-end Meat Processing Plant.
Other duties will include Talent Acquisition and Retention, Employee Relations and Welfare, and implementing Training and Operational Procedures that align with McDonald’s “Supplier Workplace Accountability Requirements”.
