Our Profitable, Well-Run and Staff Focused Client is a Beef Processing Plant supplying Hamburger Patties to McDonalds nationally. It requires a Compliance Driven, Seasoned HR Manager who has solid SMETA Experience in an FMCG Manufacturing Environment. McDonald’s rigorous Global Safety Standards requires that this Plant fully complies to all SMETA Audit Standards, so HR and Health and Safety Management must work in unison to achieve Full Green Status! You will also implement all other HR Policies and Procedures, Control Talent Acquisition, Onboarding and Retention, Implement Staff Training Mentorship Programmes, Control Industrial Relations and Oversee Employee Relations and Welfare. This is a Medium-Sized Company of 90 happy Staff Members, who all work towards ensuring the profitability of the Business! As this Role is a new addition, it needs someone who is Committed, Hardworking and Knowledgeable!
